What happens after I ask for a call back?
- We will contact you within 2 business days to discuss rTMS, answer questions, and assess suitability, including any contraindications
- Ask your psychiatrist to email a referral to info@brainaidclinics.com — they will remain your primary mental health provider
- If you do not yet have a psychiatrist, we can help arrange a telehealth consultation with one
- Meet with our consultant psychiatrist to review your mental health history and discuss treatment options
- If you decide to proceed, we will provide a referral for a brain MRI (additional costs apply)
- Your MRI scan can be sent to our clinic via secure upload or physical CD
- We will arrange your rTMS mapping session
- Throughout treatment, you will continue seeing your usual doctors, and Brain Aid Clinics will coordinate care with both you and your treating team
